While we generally operate from our shop facility, we do have the option of mobile service for qualified repairs. Hail damage and complex dents are best suited to be worked under controlled conditions of our shop. Small dents such as door dings and minor dents can be worked on at client locations when our schedule permits. Hail events from damaging storms may require our full attention and limit our ability to offer mobile repairs.
Notes about Estimates
In-person reviews are the best way to receive an accurate estimate. We inspect the damaged area carefully and provide you with an honest assessment of the likely outcome based on the severity of the dent, condition of the paint, and access needed for the repairs. In most cases, our repairs are undetectable but conditions such as minor paint damage may not fully go away. We will tell you what to expect regarding the outcome.
We use a software program called MobileTech RX, which allows us to generate a professional estimate based on the size of the dent and other factors that affect the ability to work the dent (such as aluminum or body lines, etc.). All we need to start the process is a scan of the VIN, your name, email and phone number.
If you prefer to begin the process remotely, we are happy to look at photographs of your dents to get an idea of the damage, but they may not convey all the details needed for an accurate price. A closer, in-person inspection will be needed to fully determine the repairability and the final price. This would be completed before any work begins.
